Meaning of Drugs

Drugs are things we take when we are sick to help us feel better.

Meaning of Drug Abuse

Drug abuse means using medicine the wrong way, like taking it without an adult.

Uses of Drugs

  • To cure sickness
  • To make us feel better when we are unwell
  • To fight germs in our body

How to Stay Away from Medicine

  • Never take medicine unless given by a doctor or an adult.
  • Avoid sweet-coated medicines that look like candy.
  • Always ask an adult before taking any medicine.
