What Are Sense Organs?

Sense organs are special parts of our body that help us know what’s happening around us. They let us see, hear, smell, taste, and feel.

Identification of Sense Organs of the Body

There are five sense organs in our body:

  1. Eyes
  2. Ears
  3. Nose
  4. Tongue
  5. Skin

The Five Senses

  1. Seeing (Sight)
    The eyes help us see the world around us.
  2. Hearing
    The ears help us hear sounds and music.
  3. Smelling
    The nose helps us smell flowers, food, and more.
  4. Tasting
    The tongue helps us taste delicious flavors.
  5. Feeling (Touch)
    The skin helps us feel different textures and temperatures.
