Often sung to the tune of “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star,” (or use the main tune to “I can Sing a rainbow” below) this song is popular for introducing colors.
Lyrics: Red and yellow and pink and green
Purple and orange and blue
I can sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow,
sing a rainbow too.
Listen with your eyes,
Listen with your ears,
and sing everything you see,
I can sing a rainbow,

This tune uses colors and helps children recognize them by pointing them out in their clothing.
Lyrics: (To the tune of “If You’re Happy and You Know It”)
If you’re wearing red today, clap your hands,
If you’re wearing red today, clap your hands,
If you’re wearing red today, then please give a shout hooray!
If you’re wearing red today, clap your hands.
(Repeat with other colors like blue, yellow, green, etc.)
