The Skin

The skin is the outer covering of our bodies. It protects our body and needs to be taken care of.

Ways and Methods of caring for the Skin:

  1. we should wash our skin regularly with mild soap and water to remove dirt and bacteria.
  2. Always apply a small amount of moisturizer on the skin after bathing to keep the skin soft.
  3. Drink an adequate amount of water daily to keep the skin hydrated from within.
  4. Eat fruits and vegetables to help nourish the skin.
  5. Avoid excessive scratching of rash, apply moisturizer instead.
