Making a Gong

A gong is a musical instrument that produces sound when struck with a mallet.

Steps in Making a Gong:
  1. Gather all materials: a metal plate or lid, string or rope, a wooden stick or mallet, scissors, tape or glue, and decorative materials.
  2. Cut a piece of string or rope and tie it to the metal plate or lid to create a handle.
  3. Secure the handle with tape or glue.
  4. Use the wooden stick or mallet to strike the gong to test the sound.
  5. Decorate the gong with paint, stickers, or other materials to make it unique.
