Meaning of Advantage:
An advantage is something that helps you to be better or more successful. For example, having a good leader in the community is an advantage because it helps the community grow and improve.
Ways to Develop the Community:
- Keeping the environment clean.
- Helping each other and working together.
- Building schools, hospitals, and parks.
- Supporting local businesses.
- Organizing community events and activities.
Advantages of Various Forms of Leadership:
- Elected Leaders: They represent the people’s choices and work for the community’s benefit.
- Appointed Leaders: They are chosen for their skills and expertise to make decisions.
- Hereditary Leaders: They maintain cultural traditions and unity.
- Voluntary Leaders: They inspire others to participate in community service.
- Religious Leaders: They provide moral guidance and support.
