Types of food

  • Energy Giving Food: These foods give us energy to play, run, and do all our activities. E g, Bread, rice, banana.
  • Body Building Food: These foods help us grow strong and tall. For example, Eggs, beans, milk.
  • Protective Food: These foods keep us healthy and protect us from getting sick. E.g, Oranges, carrots, spinach.
