- Having a diet with too much fat and not enough protein.
Lesson Evaluation:
To evaluate the learning, the teacher asks pupils to:
- Define what an unbalanced diet is.
- Name two examples of unbalanced diets.
- Explain why it is important to avoid an unbalanced diet.
- Discuss one health problem caused by an unbalanced diet with a peer.
