Onitsha and Oyo are two significant ancient towns in Nigeria.

Onitsha:

• Onitsha is located on the eastern bank of the Niger River in Anambra State.
• Historically, Onitsha was a major trading port and has a rich cultural heritage.
• Onitsha is famous for its annual Ofala Festival.

Oyo:

• Oyo is located in southwestern Nigeria, in Oyo State.
• It was the center of the Oyo Empire, a powerful Yoruba kingdom.
• Oyo is known for its traditional leadership and cultural practices.

Lesson Evaluation:
To evaluate the learning, the teacher asks pupils to:
