- Cooking:
- Heat oil in a pot.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and peppers and cook until soft.
- Add salt and spices to taste.
- Simmer: Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes to blend all flavors.
- Serve: The stew can be served with rice, yam, or any other preferred side dish.
