Rest helps our mind relax and recover from daily activities. Good rest improves our mood and makes us feel happy.

Symptoms of Mental Sickness

  1. Feeling very sad or worried for a long time
  2. Getting angry easily
  3. Difficulty in thinking or concentrating
  4. Sleeping too much or too little
  5. Avoiding friends and family

Ways of Taking Care of Mentally Sick Persons

  1. Show them love and support
  2. Encourage them to rest and sleep well
  3. Help them with their daily activities
  4. Talk to them and listen to their problems
  5. Encourage them to seek professional help if needed
