2. Peace of Mind: Contentment brings peace as we are satisfied with what we have.
3. Better Relationships: When we are content, we have better relationships because we are not envious.
4. Gratitude: Contentment helps us to be grateful for what we have.
5. Less Stress: Being content reduces stress since we are not always chasing after more things.
