Opening and Loading MS Word

To open and load MS Word from your computer, follow these steps below:

Locate the MS Word Icon: Look on your desktop or in your taskbar for the blue “W” icon. This icon represents the MS Word program.
Double-Click the Icon: Use the mouse to double-click the MS Word icon. This will open the program.
Wait for the Program to Load: Once you double-click the icon, the program will take a few seconds to load. You’ll see the MS Word interface, including the ribbon and menu options.
Explore the Interface: After loading, you can start typing or explore the different menu options, such as “File”, “Home”, “Insert”, etc.
