- 10 Meters Shuttle Race: This test measures how fast you can run between two points that are 10 meters apart. It shows how quickly you can change direction.
- Standing Broad Jump (Power): This test measures the power in your legs by seeing how far you can jump from a standing position.
- Flexibility (Straight Knee Stretch): This measures how flexible your muscles are by stretching forward while keeping your knees straight.
